I had a very difficult customer to deal with. We had many steps to process along the way that were mentioned after the fact. The staff were more than willing to work with me to provide all the necessary information required, fill out extra excel sheets, take many many pictures and accommodated special crating requests. I cannot thank the staff enough! I would give a 5 star recommendation on customer service.
